Ronald L. Burdge is an attorney and founder of the Burdge Law Office Co. LPA in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Burdge has a private consumer law practice in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. For over two decades, Mr. Burdge has testified as an expert witness on and also has extensive state and federal trial and appellate experience in consumer law and attorney fee issues.
Mr. Burdge previously was on the Board of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and served as Board Examiner for the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the Total Practice Management Association, the American Society of Legal Writers and the Legal Writing Institute, and numerous other professional associations. Since 2004, he remains the only Ohio consumer law attorney who has been repeatedly named to Ohio Super Lawyer status by Law & Politics Magazine and Thomson Reuters. He has been named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the National Association of Consumer Advocates. He is author of the forthcoming How to Plan and Handle Attorney Fee Motions and the United States Consumer Law & Practice Survey Report.
